Job Description

All’interno dell’area Servizi Generali & Acquisti, svolgerai attività come:

• Gestione quotidiana degli uffici e delle infrastrutture aziendali

• Supervisione di tutte le forniture in ambito facilities

• Monitoraggio della qualità dei servizi e gestione delle segnalazioni interne.

• Supporto nelle attività legate alla sicurezza degli ambienti di lavoro (HSE).

• Gestione devices aziendali (mobile phones, ipad e accessori)

• Collaborazione alla gestione del parco auto

• Collaborazione nei progetti di space planning, ristrutturazione, relocation

• Gestione delle richieste interne di acquisto.

• Emissione ordini e monitoraggio delle consegne.

• Monitoraggio dei costi delle forniture General Service

Cosa cerchiamo

• Esperienza di 5 anni in ruoli analoghi (facilities, ufficio acquisti o servizi generali).

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e SAP S4Hana, MS BC

• fluente inglese parlare e scritto

• Ottime capacità di organizzazione, gestione delle priorità e problem solving.

• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, proattività e orientamento al risultato.

• Laurea in discipline tecniche, economiche o equivalenti.
