The Sales Coordinator, Non-Acute is responsible for supporting the BD Non-Acute sales team and customers in the out-of-hospital space. Priorities include ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting inquiries and managing backorders and being the primary point of contact for a defined list of customers.  The Sales Coordinator will also be expected to support conferences and marketing projects as needed. The role sites in Mississauga, ON, onsite Monday to Thursday, work from home Fridays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with administrative tasks including inventory updates, backorder and discontinuation management, drop shipments, and sample orders.

  • Respond to customer leads and inquiries ensuring that any concerns are addressed and resolved in a positive and friendly manner and a positive customer experience is maintained.

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of BD products, competitive devices, and application of products.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, including BD Customer Service, distribution partners, and identified priority customers.

  • Support Non-Acute Marketing Leader with tasks including conference and event planning, digital campaign coordination, and collateral preparation and distribution.

Education and Experience required:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Fluency in English (read write speak) is required.

  • Collaborative teammate with excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven problem-solving skills. Uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.

  • Takes accountability and ownership; Creates effective plans to achieve targets.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, takes on additional responsibilities, and manages priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), allowing the effective communication of complex information to a wide variety of audiences and leveraging for the best outcome.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the Medical Device industry or in a Non-Acute environment (eg. clinics, home care, retail pharmacy, biotech/pharma) preferred.

  • Proficiency with SAP and/or JDE and/or Salesforce.com is an asset.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com will be considered a strong asset.

  • Bilingual French is a strong asset to communicate with French-speaking customers across the country.

Our salary or hourly rate rangesrewardassociates fairly and competitively. We regularly review these ranges and factors, such as location, contributeto the range displayed.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered isdeterminedby therole'sspecific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the worklocationwhich may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information: $28.21 - $5.84 CADHourly
