Job Description
As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters.

Job Summary**
OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Leader for our Waters ADx division in South Asia. This role is responsible for driving market growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and managing the overall marketing efforts for our advanced diagnostics portfolio in the region.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the Waters ADx product portfolio across South Asia, aligning with global objectives.
* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the advanced diagnostics sector.
* Lead the launch of new products and solutions, including market positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
* Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.
* Develop compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations, and digital content to support sales teams and customer engagement.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop demand generation programs, lead nurturing campaigns, and support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and strategic partners.
* Organize and represent OXYNEXIS at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable), fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences industry.
* Demonstrated experience in marketing advanced diagnostics (ADx) or related analytical instrumentation is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that resulted in significant market growth.
* Strong understanding of the South Asian healthcare market, including regulatory environments, customer segments, and distribution channels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
* Ability to travel frequently within the South Asia region.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other South Asian languages is a plus.
