Responsibilities:

Supply & Demand Alignment

• Assist in analyzing historical sales, forecast data, and production capacity to help match supply with demand.

• Support demand planners in identifying potential shortages, excesses, and variability in demand patterns.

• Help prepare materials for weekly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.

Inventory Analysis

• Conduct inventory health reviews to identify slow‑moving, obsolete, or at‑risk items.

• Support cycle count analysis and root cause investigations for inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and make recommendations to optimize safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment strategies.

Transportation & Logistics Review

• Analyze transportation lanes to evaluate cost, lead time, and service level performance.

• Assist in identifying route optimization opportunities and assessing carrier performance.

• Support efforts to consolidate shipments and improve logistics efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Waste Reduction

• Identify opportunities across the supply chain to reduce waste, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

• Contribute to lean initiatives such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and reduction of non‑value‑added activities.

• Support cost‑saving and sustainability initiatives where applicable.

Reporting & Automation

• Assist in developing automated dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key supply chain metrics.

• Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.

• Help maintain and update data used for weekly supply chain reporting.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.
