Job Description

Join BD's Specimen Management Regulatory Affairs team and gain hands-on experience in supporting regulatory activities across the EMEA region. This trainee opportunity offers exposure to medical device and in vitro diagnostics regulations while contributing to a key business initiative: the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Automation Project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support regulatory documentation processes, and help ensure compliance of product information used in customer tenders and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regulatory Affairs team in activities related to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Automation Project.

• Review and verify regulatory information extracted from approved and validated sources for inclusion in TDS documents.

• Assist the Specimen Management business during the transition from the legacy TDS platform to the new automated system.

• Support the review of advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain regulatory documentation, repositories, and product-related records with a high degree of accuracy.

• Provide administrative and regulatory support to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to ongoing Regulatory Affairs projects.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

• Understanding of medical device and/or in vitro diagnostic regulatory frameworks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
