Job Summary

Provide Tooling quality spares for manufacturing operations in mold configuration changes, maintenance, repairs and all tooling.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Mold changeover (C/O) activity working with molding team schedule.
• Support daily task assigned by Team leader.
• Mold repair and cavity utilization (CU) recovery, hot runner minor repairs & trouble shooting.
• Maintain the mold CU 90%.
• Maintain the mold history file.
• Defects analysis correlated to steel with plastic parts.
• Responsible for Mold PM in SAP system , make sure no overdue.
• Maintain toolroom 5S in good condition.
• Responsible for QN, CAPA and customer complaints supporting on tooling action.
• Support on mold improvement and mold CU sustainability.
• Responsible for spare management and parts quality.
• Ensures full compliance with safety, health, environmental (ISO14001), GMP, SOP/SWI, and BD Code of Ethics while maintaining a safe and sustainable workplace through hazard prevention, proper reporting, and active participation in safety programs.
• Responsible for timely reporting of incidents, near misses, deviations, and supporting investigations to uphold operational standards.

Supporting Tasks

• Participate in continuous improvement initiative/activities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

• NTC-2, NTC-2/ NiTEC/ or Diploma in Precision/ Mechanical Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
• Min 2 years of work experience in tool and die making, injection molding, plastic mold making environment company/metal machining industries.
• Hands on experience on measuring of mechanical parts.
• Experience on metal machining, mold trouble shooting experienceand handling of inspection tools.
• Normal working hours 7am- 4pm

Accountability

• Meet target of mold cavity utilization target (CU) and mold preventive maintenance schedule.
• No shortage of spares for mold recovery.
