POSITION PURPOSE
The New Sales Representative performs initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current New Sales customers. The New Sales representative is responsible for ensuring that the customer contact in each prospective sales call meets the customer service and satisfaction experience that is indicative of a true “Liberator” experience
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology, and ancillary product lines, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of medical supply equipment usage and maintenance to effectively address customer needs.
Conduct initial and follow-up calls with prospective leads through both inbound and outbound channels, identifying customer concerns and meeting or exceeding established monthly departmental sales goals.
Maintain detailed records of daily production, submit sales logs to supervisors, and consistently meet departmental call volume requirements while adhering to phone activity and compliance standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of professionalism on every call, assisting customers with orders and order-related questions, and effectively resolving concerns throughout the sales process.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines including Medicare requirements, HIPAA privacy rules, and other industry standards to ensure compliant sales practices.
ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with potential and existing customers through multiple digital channels including internet chat, email, and click-to-call software, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator's core philosophy of professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity in all customer and colleague interactions.
Demonstrate high attention to detail in all daily tasks, including accurate notation of customer interactions and account details to ensure proper follow-up and continuity of service.
Collaborate with other departments and team members as needed to meet business objectives, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach to workplace challenges.
Actively pursue ongoing education opportunities to remain current with product knowledge, industry trends, and process improvements while being adaptable to perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
Shift Hours 9:00am - 5:30PM, one late shift per week to 8:00pm and one Saturday per month
