Job Description Summary

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Diagnostic System portfolio. You will own and account for success of Product. Your key responsibility will develop and execute product strategies, support sales teams, support Informatic deployment, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products. This role requires strong INFORMATICS and MICROBIOLOGY knowledge, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

•    Execute Application Support & Maintenance, data management to support organization growth
•    Serve as the product expert, bear with in-depth informatic knowledge and support to internal and external customers
•    Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive product growth and market share.
•    Collaborate with sales, engineer and application teams to support key account development and field works.
•    Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
•    Lead product launches, including planning, training, promotional materials, and post-launch evaluation.
•    Work closely with regional and global teams to align local strategies with corporate objectives.
•    Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate standards in all product-related activities.

Requirements

•    Education

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or Marketing related.

•    Experiences

- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in healthcare marketing, especially in growing strategic products.

•    Key Competency

- Read, write and verbally communicate in fluent English

- Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
