Funciones y Responsabilidades Generales
1- Lead Procurement Deliverables for the transition project, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
2- Develop and execute pricing strategies, negotiate terms with suppliers, and secure favorable agreements.
3- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to align on transition plans.
4- Provide weekly updates and support to stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
5- Understand and apply supply chain strategy to optimize material flow and minimize disruption.
6- Manage component purchasing and ensure timely availability for internal manufacturing.
7- Evaluate current inventory at the supplier and develop strategies for transferring or utilizing it at our plant.
8- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement throughout the transition process.
