As a Real-Time Operations Analyst, you will contribute to reporting, workforce management, and system administration, while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on internal schedules, performance, and productivity metrics to support data-informed decisions.
- Analyze departmental KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Maintain and support reporting for Health Care Professional account systems, including Salesforce and Genesys.
- Support system testing and administration to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate SAP access and phone setup for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide technical assistance to Customer Service Representatives and Team Leaders across key systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including SOX, ISO, FDA, and cMDR.
About You
- Experience in customer support and familiarity with call center or CRM metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI.
- Comfortable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in continuous learning and process improvement.
- Advanced command of English (C1 level)
