Job Description Summary

We are recruiting a Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the delivery of CRM excellence, sales enablement programmes, and regional initiatives across EMEA. This role operates in a fast‑evolving, commercially driven environment and requires someone who is organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively across multiple countries. While strong data discipline and operational rigor are essential, this is not a developer‑level or highly technical position. The position is office-based in Winnersh, UK or San Agustín, Madrid, Spain.

As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Owning CRM administration and commercial data governance for Diagnostic Solutions EMEA, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com
  • Acting as a regional Salesforce superuser, supporting adoption, data quality, access management, and reporting accuracy
  • Coordinating regional programmes such as Salesforce adoption, Strategic Selling with Perspective, and WinRoom sessions
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across commercial projects and integrations
  • Supporting the rollout, tracking, and maintenance of sales methodology training and related materials
  • Preparing and managing communications for leadership updates, training activities, and programme milestones
  • Coordinating workshops, meetings, and regional sessions, including logistics and materials
  • Supporting operational processes such as vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and document management

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, commercial operations, or similar roles. Sales background is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and PowerBI, and data governance principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across cultures and countries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outcomes in a changing environment
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or training activities within a commercial setting
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools

Salary range for the role: £49,000 to £58,000 + benefits.

The range for Spain differs.
