Job Description Summary

BD is hiring for the exciting opportunity of Operations Lead MSC.

The scope of activities includes back-office administrative tasks through to field-based commercial activities. You will create, implement, and manage processes with your team to support and drive these activities.

Key elements which involve the team include:
- Internal business processes supporting the delivery of services for existing & new contract awards
- Contract performance management
- Working with the commercial functions to embed and deploy effective customer business review
- Providing subject matter expertise for commercial opportunities and bids
Supporting contract compliance and customer lifecycle management

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and maintain processes supporting service delivery for new and existing contracts
    • Ensure effective contract governance, business review, and performance reporting
    • Foster strong customer relationships and attend business review meetings
    • Oversee operational reporting, finance reporting, and customized internal reports
    • Develop an ethos of continuous improvement for contract business review
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Implement best-in-class contract governance models and drive corrective actions
    • Manage operational processes, systems, and ensure compliance
    • Provide subject matter expertise during pre-sales and support commercial teams
    • Continuously innovate and align with commercial excellence initiatives
    • Lead and develop the UKI MS Operations team

    About you

    Education and Experience:

    • Ideally educated to degree level or having equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Experience in contract performance management.
    • Experience administering Managed Services contracts is preferable.

    • Proficient in MS Office applications, Power BI, and data analysis

    • Understanding of Managed Service contracts and deliverables
