Job Description Summary

The BP&A Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the management team by delivering insightful data analysis across various cost centers within the organization. This position requires strong analytical capabilities combined with proficiency in tools such as BPC, Power BI, and SAP.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Variances analysis, including supporting commentary
• Create reports based on specific requirements provided by management.  
• Perform ad hoc analysis based on the requests received.  
• Prepare and supervise Forecast/Budget and ASR for the entire PS EMEA organisation
• Prepare presentations based on the data analyzed.  
• Ensuring standardization in processes performed (Forecasting, Month End Close, Budgeting, Strategic Planning) and working as a Team to continuously improve the service levels (KPI’s)
• Provide leadership and mentorship to new and less experienced team members.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or similar
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.  
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, D3.js, etc.  
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things quickly.  
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
