As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Focus on receiving, registering & following up customer’s support and registration requests
• Cooperate with the internal Customer Service Organization, Customer Master data Team and other teams in the European organization
• Support and maintain the online Biosciences product catalog
• Support customers via chat regarding registration, web shop issues, and following up customer’s support

About you

• Strong command of English language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Show initiative and have strong interpersonal skills
• eCommerce experience is a plus
