Job Description Summary

Pharma Quality Specialist contributes to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the BD CH Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position also supports activities outlined in the Manufacturing and Importation Authorization (MIA) license, including Trade Abroad operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and revise regional SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance of QMS processes, fostering alignment and collaboration with other MIA sites.
• Deviation Management: Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement effective CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Change Control: Support change assessments and documentation. Coordinate with task owners and monitor progress to meet timelines.
• Supplier Management: Help maintain the Approved Supplier List and monitor supplier performance. Ensure timely completion of supplier-related actions.
• Training: Ensure the training process is accurately implemented, facilitating appropriate training assignments, timely completion, and effective performance indicators tracking.
• Enhance and maintain the QMS metric database architecture and implement automated reporting mechanisms.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the quality system and implement changes to advance operational efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• University degrees in Pharmacy, Lifesciences.
• 2-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Systems
• Knowledge of regulations related to medicinal products
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with quality digital platforms.
