NextGen Finance leverages 4 core pillars – E2E Focus, Excellence Foundation, Simplified Interactions, and Digital First Mindset. The Integrated Supply Chain Global Process Team (iscGPT) is a tower within NextGen Finance focused on reimagining how Finance supports and partners with the Operational Supply Chain teams at BD.

Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager to support the Supply Chain Finance organization by leading integrated design and execution across service lines. This fixed-term role (until September 2027) involves developing multi-year roadmaps, driving service line stand-up and optimization across people, processes, and technology, and partnering with GBS teams to align with enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and delivery of service line initiatives, ensuring integration with enterprise-wide strategies.

• Develop and execute multi-year design strategies through assessments, documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

• Manage end-to-end program execution from launch to stabilization, coordinating critical path integrations across various workstreams.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, streamline project engagement, and maintain robust updates with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7+ years in business, ideally within shared services or Finance.

• Experience supporting global transformation projects across matrixed teams in either project mgmt. or business capacity.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

• Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
