Join our Source to Contract Operations team as a Sourcing Specialist! Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you'll manage bidding and contract activities across multiple sites, supporting Global Procurement Categories and business functions.

Your role includes executing RFx events, contract management, compliance reporting, and supplier assessments. You'll also contribute to cost savings and value targets while ensuring seamless operations within the team.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Bidding and Auction Execution (60%)

• Contracts Administration (including category activity, if applicable) (20%)

• Contract and/or category strategy compliance reporting, as needed (20%)

The Sourcing Executive Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders for assigned categories and/or sites, and handles a wide range of two-way communication with and in support of site procurement that arises in the course of bidding and contracting execution, while demonstrating close collaboration and alignment with category and procurement and sourcing managers at the global or regional level. Performance is measured against agreed cost savings and value targets (where applicable), bidding and contracting deliverables, and proficiency in the use of the applicable tools for the sourcing or contracting processes. The Sourcing Specialist may perform other duties as required and responsibilities above may be adjusted based on business needs.

The support is mainly focused on North America, with other regions like LATAM, EMEA, and GAR. Therefore, a flexible schedule will be key to support stakeholders in different time zones

About you

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred) and at least three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, bid management, and supplier management, with strong purchasing fundamentals and cost management practices. Advanced Excel skills, project management abilities, and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
