Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing associate for our Medication Delivery Solution (MDS), Central and South Asia & Japan (CASAJ) Region to support development and execution of strategic plans in partnership with Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and functional teams across the region.

You will play an important role in supporting our growth strategies through projects that assess market opportunity/ headroom, generate market insights, create campaign content and update competition profile. Driving marketing execution, you will also adapt or build content for communication and engagement with clinicians and healthcare professionals within the region. 

Reporting to the Regional Associate Marketing Director, you will join a strong team of talented individuals who collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders from Global, Regional and Country teams to help achieve the commercial success of our region.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-boundary teams (global, region and country) and cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Strategic Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to develop and execute marketing content, events and other marketing initiatives. 

  • Manage all assigned aspects of projects, such as assessing opportunity/ headroom, conducting market research, creating campaign content, updating competition profile, driving customer engagement, etc. 

  • Stay updated with clinical practices, marketing best practices, monitor competitor websites, and recommend improvements for competitive edge.

  • Create presentations and reports to communicate on project status/ outcome/ impact.

  • Manage projects and ensure on-time completion and to the highest standard, as the key contact point to coordinate with vendors for project competition, including vendor briefing, quotation development, purchase orders submissions, project delivery, payment, etc., for both online & offline events, leveraging Interactions Hub & i-Certis

  • Ensure alignment with global standards for brand consistency across all regional marketing content and web properties. Support the business in the submission for company approval through VeevaVault.

  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or other related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in medical device/ oncology business or related industry preferred

  • Master’s degree, in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong planning, organizing and time management skills

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, work as a team.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently

  • Experienced in content library management (i.e. Veeva Vault, Adobe Workfront), web content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager) and various digital marketing applications will be a plus.

  • Ability to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
