Coordinador de Marketing Molecular

Responsable por establecer, desarrollar, dirigir y controlar la implementación de estrategias aprobadas, con el fin de asegurar el posicionamiento de liderazgo de las marcas a mediano y largo plazo, así como desarrollar todas las actividades de Mercadeo para la detección de nuevas tendencias y oportunidades de negocio.

Funciones:

• Conocimiento del mercado y elaboración de herramientas para determinar la participación.

• Elaboración, implementación y seguimiento del plan de mercadeo.

• Lanzamiento de productos de la línea.

• Logro de los objetivos financieros del negocio.

• Responsable de la construcción financiera Budget. FCST y ASR del negocio

• Definir plan de demanda, en conjunto con el equipo comercial y el análisis de las oportunidades visualizadas en SFDC.

• Definir e implementar plan de precios para los diferentes canales.

• Construir relaciones de largo plazo con los principales clientes del negocio

• Apoyar a los miembros del equipo para que tengan las herramientas de mercadeo necesarias para el desempeño de sus funciones

•  Apoyo al área de logística en busca de disponibilidad de producto

• Asegurar el adecuado manejo de instrumentos bajo su responsabilidad al igual que sus consumos.

• Será responsable de cumplir con la implementación, mantenimiento y participación de lo señalado en los Sistemas de Gestión de calidad y en el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

Requisitos:

• Profesional Universitario en el área de Salud o Administrativo o Marketing. Especialización áreas de Marketing (ideal)

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ejercicio profesional, que demuestre las competencias requeridas para el cargo.

• Experiencia con portafolio molecular o laborarotorio clínico.

• Conocimientos de informática (Office )

• Inglés Intermedio -Avanzado

• Disponibilidad de viaje internacional 50%

• Trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.

• Enfoque al cliente incluyendo buen manejo de relaciones comerciales garantizando un ganar- ganar.
