Job Description
Funciones y Responsabilidades Generales
1.Apoya en la generación de infraestructura para sostener el Plan Estratégico Anual de la organización y colabora para su despliegue a lo largo de los diferentes Tiers tanto de manufactura como de las áreas de soporte (TMS).
2.Proporciona el progreso de los métricos de desempeño de los eventos de Excelencia Operativa a la gerencia.
3.Apoya en el programa Change to Win.
4.Apoyo en entrenamientos de inducción en las herramientas básicas de solución de problemas y de 8 desperdicios, así como de las 3M, entre otros.
5.Apoyo en las actividades de Transformación Lean, los cuales son plasmados en un Plan Anual de Implementación y Mapas de Cadena de valor (procesos internos/externos), con la finalidad de cumplir/exceder la rentabilidad de líneas de producto a nivel manufactura y proponer mejoras en labor y overhead a través de una estrategia Multi-Anual.
6.Participa en proyectos estratégicos o de alto impacto para la organización para asegurar un consistente crecimiento.
7.Monitorea las actividades relacionadas a Gemba y Katas a lo largo de la organización
8.Apoya en la ejecución del plan de maduración del Programa BDX, y hace un despliegue que permita a la organización estandarizar los diferentes programas corporativos vigentes a través de comportamientos y resultados ideales.
Adicionalmente, el colaborador participa en otras actividades que promuevan la simplificación de los procesos y disciplina en la ejecución, en apoyo de los diferentes objetivos estratégicos de la Empresa.
