Job Description Summary

This role owns EMEA BDX pricing data, pricing processes and governance, while expanding into commercial analytics and business intelligence to support Sales and Marketing decision-making across EMEA. The position acts as a bridge between pricing data, commercial performance and leadership insights, ensuring consistent, reliable data and actionable analytics for the region.This is an opportunity to broaden an existing pricing role into a wider commercial analytics scope, increase exposure to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across EMEA.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EMEA BDX commercial analytics and pricing processes
• Coordinate annual list-price revisions and ongoing pricing governance
• Extend analytics support into commercial performance insights for Sales and Marketing
• Support and interpret commercial dashboards and reporting outputs
• Own Pricing Reporting & Analytics, aligned with Global Pricing standards
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for leadership and strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Experience in pricing, finance or commercial analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Experience working with commercial systems or pricing
• Hands-on ability to create and modify reports in Power BI as a business user – building and adjusting dashboards, basic data modelling and visuals, analyzing and interpreting data (no advanced BI development required).
• End-to-end ownership mindset and comfort working in cross-functional environments
• Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders
•  Openness to automation, improvement and new ways of working
