Job Description

Actividades claves y responsabilidades principales:

Confirmar balances AR-AP y consolidar el cierre local desde sistema contable (ERP) soportado por la política corporativa de la compañia.
Ingreso de facturas intercompañias en ERP; facturas financieras y de inventario.
Conciliación y análisis de cuentas a pagar y recibir (cuentas intercompañías).
Gestion y seguimiento de facturas intercompañia, velar por cumplimiento de la política ICO.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades de cierre contable en tiempo y oportunidad, con la calidad solicitada por el equipo de finanzas local.
Proveer información necesaria en labores de auditoría interna y externa.
Elaboración mensual, trimestral y anual de reportes financieros.
Buscar y proporcionar las recomendaciones apropiadas para mejorar las debilidades detectadas en las operaciones bajo su responsabilidad, garantizando la aplicación de sus recomendaciones.
Emisión de facturas y soporte a clientes intercompañia, asesorando en consultas de procesos.
Asegurar que los documentos de trabajo (DTPs) estén siempre actualizados.
Asegurar la carga de soportes en la plataforma Blackline para cumplir con los requerimientos de Auditoria SOX.
Alimentar mensualmente el dashboard de métricas de procesos Intercompañia.
Ser backup transversal de todas las actividades Intercompañias.

Formación académica y experiencia previa:

Formación academica deseada: Técnico en carreras del área contable ó administrativa, tales como; Contabilidad General, Administración Financiera y/o Ingeniería en Administración.
Experiencia deseada: 3 años de experiencia como analista contable, preferentemente con experiencia en trabajos intercompañías.
Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office intermedio.
Manejo de sistema contable (ERP) SAP.
Nivel de idioma: Inglés, nivel intermedio (conversacional y escrito).
