- Partner with Sales to drive timely follow-up of marketing-qualified leads, local opportunity creation, account engagement, and opportunity progression.
- Monitor program performance, MQL conversion, influenced pipeline, account engagement, and adoption indicators to identify gaps and corrective actions.
- Activate approved promotions and commercial programs; capture customer response, reimbursement concerns, workflow barriers, and competitive reaction for Regional Product Marketing and Sales Leadership.
Events, Launches & Account-Based Marketing
- Lead execution of national and local clinical events, workshops, webinars, congress activities, and launch programs, including sales coordination, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
- Execute product-launch activation plans across priority clinical segments and accounts using approved positioning, claims, evidence, content, and sales tools.
- Partner with Sales to execute account-based marketing programs for named health systems, laboratories, and strategic accounts using approved offers and value propositions.
- Support execution of customer advisory programs, reference-site activities, peer-to-peer education, and KOL engagements in partnership with Regional Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Field Applications.
- Measure event and program outcomes, including engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, adoption impact, and return on investment.
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
- Enable Sales to apply approved messaging, playbooks, competitive tools, reimbursement resources, launch tools, and content in customer and account engagements.
- Partner with Field Applications, Medical Affairs, and Sales to support customer workshops, workflow discussions, evaluations, and other priority field programs.
- Identify field enablement gaps, customer objections, evidence needs, reimbursement concerns, and local content requirements; provide structured feedback to Regional Product Marketing and Marketing Operations.
- Support execution of clinical reference site programs, peer-to-peer education programs, and customer case studies, in partnership with Sales, Field Applications, Medical Affairs, and Regional Product Marketing.
- Use approved marketing content and ensure execution aligns with brand, quality, regulatory, medical, and claims requirements.
Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Execution
