Job Responsibilities:
- Architect Innovative Solutions - Design and implement powerful analytical solutions using R, Python, Power BI, and Power Automate that elevate our quality systems to new heights
- Create Visual Data Masterpieces - Craft compelling dashboards and reports that connect seamlessly to data sources, providing Quality teams with actionable insights on defined schedules
- Unlock Data's Hidden Stories - Analyze complex information from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically robust findings to diverse business stakeholders
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Maintain and enhance our complaint trending system using statistical methods that support product platforms and customer satisfaction
- Set Statistical Standards - Develop and implement statistical quality control procedures aligned with company policy and technical excellence
- Be Our Statistical Ambassador - Represent our division in the corporate statistics center of excellence, sharing best practices and innovations
- Partner Across Boundaries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert statistical guidance on study designs and testing strategies
- Share Your Knowledge - Deliver engaging training to internal and external staff on analyses, reports, and other relevant topics
- Drive Quality Management - Lead the integration of quality metric data into Quality Management Reviews that shape organizational decisions
- Champion Quality Initiatives - Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects that enhance our products and processes
- Investigate with Precision - Support CAPA investigations and respond to both internal and external audit requests with data-driven insights
- Be the Data Analytics Expert - Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert during audits, showcasing our data analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Science or Mathematics degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in quality experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with FDA regulated industry
- 1+ Experience using analytics / BI packages (e.g., R, Python, Power BI, etc.) to build client analysis solutions
- American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification (CQE, CQA, CQM, etc.)
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Root Cause Analysis methodology training.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in data analysis, trending and presenting data in a manner to drive informed decision making.
Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and relationship to business.
Understands fundamentals of appropriate global regulations, requirements and standards such as ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and FDA Quality System Regulation
Effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple task assignments
Data Analysis Tools such as MINITAB
