Responsibilities:

Enterprise Data & Solution Architecture

  • Define and govern end‑to‑end solution architectures across data ingestion, transformation, modeling, semantic layers, analytics, and AI for key business domains.
  • Enable design and scaling of cloud‑native data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, Snowflake) to support AI‑ready, governed data ecosystems.
  • Establish reusable data models, KPI frameworks, and semantic layers across Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Integrated Supply Chain.
  • Lead integration of ERP, CRM, QMS, MES, planning, and other operational systems into a unified enterprise analytics and digital platform.

Data Engineering, Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee architecture of scalable, resilient data pipelines with built‑in data quality, lineage, auditability, and traceability.
  • Embed SOX controls, financial governance, FDA/ISO compliance, and data privacy standards directly into data and analytics solutions.
  • Define enterprise‑wide data governance frameworks, including master data management, cataloging, and data access models.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable data product architectures across all domains.

AI/ML, Advanced Analytics & Automation

  • Guide the design and deployment of AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions including:
    • Financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and working capital optimization.
    • Customer segmentation, pricing, and marketing effectiveness.
    • Predictive quality, defect detection, and root‑cause analytics.
    • Demand forecasting, supply planning, and supply chain optimization.
  • Establish and support MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, explainability, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive intelligent automation and decision‑support systems using AI, rules engines, and workflow orchestration.
  • Enable scenario planning and simulation capabilities across enterprise planning and operational processes.

Platform Engineering & Product Ownership

  • Manage the enterprise data platform and data marketplace strategy, promoting a “data‑as‑a‑product” mindset.
  • Serve as technical product owner for key analytics and digital platforms, managing roadmap, lifecycle, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and automation frameworks for analytics and digital solution delivery.

Functional & Business Leadership

Finance, Commercial, Quality & Operational Analytics Enablement

  • Drive analytics and digital transformation across:
    • Finance: FP&A, forecasting, cost optimization, profitability and performance analysis.
    • Commercial: revenue growth, pricing, customer and channel insights, marketing effectiveness.
    • Quality: deviations, CAPA, complaint analytics, predictive risk management, regulatory reporting.
    • Integrated Supply Chain: manufacturing, planning, service levels, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Standardize enterprise KPIs, reporting definitions, and performance frameworks across business units and regions.

Digital Transformation & Value Realization

  • Define and execute an enterprise digital and AI transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy and technology direction.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic impact; maintain a transparent digital portfolio view.
  • Quantify and communicate measurable business outcomes (growth, margin, cost reduction, service and quality improvement) enabled by digital solutions.
  • Drive progression from descriptive → diagnostic → predictive → prescriptive → autonomous decision‑making.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Influence

  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable, pragmatic digital and AI use cases and solution roadmaps.
  • Present solution architectures, transformation strategies, and value realization to executive audiences in clear, business‑centric language.
  • Lead cross‑functional governance forums to ensure alignment, adoption, and scalability of data and digital solutions.

Digital Operating Model, Governance & Standardization

  • Establish the enterprise operating model and governance playbooks for analytics and AI delivery, covering roles, processes, and decision rights.
  • Drive standardization and reuse of reference architectures, patterns, and components across regions, functions, and product teams.
  • Enable self‑service analytics and data democratization, ensuring business teams can safely and effectively use data products and tools.
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements for all digital and data solutions.

Leadership, Talent & Capability Building

  • Build and lead high‑performing teams of solution architects, data architects, and senior engineers focused on digital and data products.
  • Develop organizational capability in data engineering, analytics, AI, and digital product thinking, including training and enablement for business and IT.
  • Drive hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development programs for architecture and digital talent.
  • Foster a data‑driven, innovation‑focused culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and responsible risk‑taking.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
