Job Description

-Identificación y reparación de fallas mecánicas, neumáticas y de control en equipo de producción (sistemas de control de movimientos, servomotores y controladores).

-Interpretación y elaboración de planos y diagramas eléctricos y neumáticos.

-Diagnóstico de fallas en equipo de producción.

-Realización de los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en equipo de producción en base a su asignación y calendarización.

-Diagnostico en equipos de prueba flujo y de fuga.

-Diagnóstico de fallas de sistemas de inspección por visión y marcado laser.

-Ayuda a realizar mejoras al equipo de producción para mejorar eficiencias.

-Realización y modificación de instalaciones eléctricas, neumáticas industriales en equipo dentro del área de Producción.

-Programación de PLC (sistemas básicos, lenguaje de escalera).

-Diagnóstico de equipo de soldadura ultrasónica.

-Utilización del equipo básico de taller.

-Realiza sus actividades mediante los procedimientos locales de seguridad.

• 2 a 3 años en puestos similares

• Carrera Técnica afín. 

• Experiencia en industria médica (deseable)
