About the role
As a Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst, you will be part of a central European team that supports and continuously improves our CRM platform. Your mission is to help our teams across Europe to use Salesforce better: drive adoption, support end users, and translate business needs into clear requirements for technical delivery.
This is an autonomous analyst role (2-4 years experience ideal) where you’ll own topics end-to-end: from workshops and requirements to UAT support and release readiness, to training materials, and insightful analytics (Salesforce.com & Power BI) that help the business see “where we are today”, “where we should be tomorrow” and drive profitable growth.
Our environment includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and we will soon implement Life Sciences Health Cloud.
The role reports to the European Salesforce Adoption & Excellence Manager.
What you will do:
CRM Adoption, Enablement & Change Support:
- Drive CRM adoption across sales and cross-functional teams by promoting best practices and improving user experience.
- Create and maintain clear training materials, guides, and enablement content (and keep them up to date).
- Support release readiness by translating new features into user-friendly communication, training, and adoption actions.
- Help improve data quality and consistent usage through guidance, simple processes, and practical recommendations.
Functional Support & Issue Resolution:
- Act as a first point of contact for Salesforce “how-to” questions, reporting questions, and functional troubleshooting.
- Investigate errors or data/process issues, propose solutions, and coordinate with IT/technical teams to resolve incidents and defects.
- Monitor user and data trends (usage, data quality, process compliance) and suggest improvements that reduce friction.
Agile Delivery: Requirements → Build → Test → Launch
- Run (or support) workshops with business stakeholders (Teams or face-to-face) to capture needs and pain points.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for technical teams.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization, and ensure delivered solutions match the business goal.
- Coordinate or support UAT, document outcomes, and help drive rollout and adoption across European teams.
Analytics & Insights (Power BI)
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insight (as-is) and help define future improvements (to-be).
- Partner with a dedicated BI/reporting team to enhance dashboards, KPI definitions, and reporting consistency.
- Use CRM (and potentially SAP) data to identify trends, opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
AI Mindset & Continuous Improvement
- Use AI tools responsibly to speed up analysis, documentation, support responses, and process improvement.
- Stay curious about AI capabilities in CRM and analytics (e.g., Salesforce AI features, Copilot) and identify practical use cases.
About you (skills & experience):
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce.com or another CRM platform (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Strong functional understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, pipeline, activities, data quality).
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment: workshops, user stories, UAT support, stakeholder alignment.
- Good knowledge of Power BI (maintaining dashboards/reporting; building is a plus).
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at different levels, including demanding and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset: you can investigate, structure, and drive resolution end-to-end.
- Able to work independently and manage several topics in parallel.
- English (professional level) is required.
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Admin knowledge (basic configuration such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports).
- Salesforce certification(s) (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), a plus.
- Tools: Jira, Miro, Confluence or similar.
- Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Health Cloud (future-facing, not required).
Location and Travel:
- Based in Wroclaw, Poland
- Travel is expected but limited and variable (up to ~2 times per year for team meetings/workshops).
