Job Description

Position Overview:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities.  Will be responsible for selling products within our Kidney Stone Management Portfolio.Products include our Aptra devices, ureteral stents (Inlay optima) laser generators, among others.

Territory: The territory comprises NYC, and any of the boroughs and NJ, including Morristown, Newark, and Elizabeth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue to exceed priorities and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts.

  • Perform product demonstrations, customer education and in-service as required.

  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual revenue target plans.

  • Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.

  • Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, overall sales training curriculum at new hire training classes and sales meetings as requested.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum BA/BS and three years of sales experience in the medical device industry.

  • Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.

  • Ability to travel 50-60%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operating room experience is highly preferred.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. The expected compensation range for this role is $125,992 – 207,888 USD Annual. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
