Job Description

Gestión operativa y limpieza del laboratorio: Realiza el lavado y desecho de material (incluido vidrio cortado), limpieza de equipos, anaqueles y mobiliario, asegurando el orden, higiene y uso eficiente de recursos del laboratorio. 

• Laboratory operations and housekeeping: Perform washing and disposal of materials (including cut glass), and clean equipment, shelves, and laboratory furniture, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficient use of laboratory resources.

  Soporte a análisis y pruebas de laboratorio: Ejecuta pruebas a materias primas, CCT, análisis de tintas, IR y recolección de muestras, así como la captura y gestión de resultados en bases de datos y bitácoras.

• Support to laboratory analyses and testing: Conduct testing of raw materials, CCT, ink analysis, IR analysis, and sample collection, as well as record and manage results in databases and logbooks.

  Control y documentación: Prepara y rotula material, genera y actualiza bitácoras, documenta recepción de insumos y proveedores, descarga data logger y verifica la vigencia de reactivos.

• Control and documentation: Prepare and label materials, generate and update logbooks, document receipt of laboratory supplies and equipment vendors, download data loggers, and verify reagent expiration dates.

  Aseguramiento de calidad y cumplimiento: Reporta no conformidades, genera OOS, apoya en la actualización de procedimientos, verifica calibración y mantenimiento de equipos (balanzas, potenciómetros) y participa en auditorias.

• Quality assurance and compliance: Report nonconformities, generate OOS, support procedure updates, verify equipment calibration and maintenance (balances, potentiometers), and participate in  audits.

  Comunicación y respaldo operativo: Entrega reportes y apoya en su elaboración en ausencia del Técnico, participa en capacitaciones y mantiene comunicación efectiva con áreas internas y proveedores.

• Communication and operational backup: Prepare and deliver reports, provide coverage in the absence of the Technician, participate in training activities, and maintain effective communication with internal areas and suppliers.
