Bij Waters Drachten werken we aan iets dat er écht toe doet. Als Assembly Specialist speel jij een sleutelrol in dit proces: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze hoogwaardige systemen feilloos worden geassembleerd en getest.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van complexe subassemblages en modules. Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt technische tekeningen en zorgt dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan onze strenge kwaliteitseisen.

Jouw focusgebieden:

• Vakmanschap: Je assembleert en test modules volgens het Waters Excellence System.

• Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je werkt foutvrij volgens specificaties en draagt zorg voor een veilige, nette werkomgeving (5S+1).

• Continu Verbeteren: Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt proactief mee over hoe onze processen nóg slimmer en beter kunnen.

• Teamspirit: Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en ondersteunt waar nodig je collega's op andere afdelingen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een techneut in hart en nieren met oog voor detail. Je vindt het leuk om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en je aan te passen aan een dynamische productieomgeving.

• Opleiding: Het zou mooi zijn als je beschikt over een MBO-3 diploma in de richting WTB, Elektro, Mechatronica of Fijnmechanica, maar we vinden ervaring belangrijker.

• Kennis: Je kunt technische werktekeningen en instructies vloeiend lezen en begrijpen.

• Skills: Je hebt ervaring met eenvoudige meetmiddelen en werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.

• Houding: Je bent proactief, kwaliteitsbewust en een echte teamplayer.

• Taal: Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een basisbegrip van het Engels.
