Job Description

As Collaborative Supply Chain Specialist - Europe, you will play a key role in supporting BD's EMEA Supply Chain strategy by delivering innovative order fulfilment solutions for a portfolio of Strategic Accounts. You will drive the implementation of SCORE initiatives to improve service performance, optimize efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Working closely with Strategic Account Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams, you will act as the primary supply chain contact, ensuring excellent execution, performance management, and continuous improvement across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Supply Chain Partnership

Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for a portfolio of EMEA Strategic Accounts.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Strategic Account Managers and customers.
Support customer engagements by promoting BD's supply chain capabilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to business growth through differentiated and value-added supply chain solutions.

Deployment of SCORE Initiatives

Analyze customer data, order profiles, OTIF performance, service levels, and sustainability indicators to identify SCORE opportunities.
Lead end-to-end implementation of SCORE initiatives in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.
Translate customer needs into scalable order fulfilment solutions that improve service, efficiency, and sustainability.
Drive adoption and consistency of SCORE initiatives across assigned Strategic Accounts.

Performance Management and Continuous Improvement

Monitor and improve order fulfilment performance, customer experience, and service KPIs.
Lead regular business reviews with Strategic Account Managers and customers.
Identify root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Support the measurement of initiative impact on Cost-to-Serve in collaboration with Supply Chain Finance and Continuous Improvement teams.

Cross-functional Project Leadership

Lead supply chain projects involving Planning, Customer Care, Logistics, Warehousing, and Digital teams.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end supply chain improvements.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to the Senior Manager Strategic Accounts EMEA.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex international environment.

Bachelor or Master in Supply chain or similar
Expert in end to end Order to Cash and Quote to cash
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or SQL BI.
Good understanding of supply chain performance metrics including OTIF, service levels, cost-to-serve, and sustainability indicators.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into effective supply chain solutions.
Commercial awareness and understanding of strategic account environments.
Fluent in English. Additional European languages are considered an asset.
