Job Description

El Ingeniero/a de Laboratorio es responsable de describir los métodos y procedimientos de Laboratorio, así como generar la documentación necesaria para ejecución de validaciones y recualificaciones del proceso de Esterilización, equipos de Laboratorio y técnicas microbiológicas y/o químicas.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del área.
• Coordinar con el Departamento de Esterilización e Ingenieros de Proyectos para garantizar la esterilidad del producto.
• Mantener relaciones efectivas con los departamentos de Calidad, Mantenimiento, Almacén y Producción.
• Conocer y aplicar las normativas vigentes de esterilización y laboratorio.
• Generar y actualizar procedimientos de trabajo para ensayos de control.
• Elaborar protocolos e informes de validaciones y recualificaciones de equipos y técnicas.
• Realizar análisis de tendencias y resúmenes anuales de resultados de laboratorio.
• Proporcionar entrenamiento al personal de laboratorio y producción.
• Liderar proyectos específicos del laboratorio.
• Manejar equipos de laboratorio cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad.
• Revisar y aprobar los tests microbiológicos y químicos finales del producto estéril.
• Apoyar la mejora continua en todas las actividades y procesos del departamento.
• Evaluar el cumplimiento de GMPs y GDPs en las áreas aplicables.

Requisitos

• Grado universitario en Ciencias (Biología, Química, Bioquímica, Ingeniería Química, Biotecnología o similar).
• Inglés intermedio-alto, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Valorable experiencia previa en posiciones similares.

Banda salarial para esta posición: 30000€ - 35000€
