As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters. Job Description

1. Service Back-End Operations Management

  • Lead and manage the service coordination/back-end team for call logging, scheduling, and closure.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service activities (PM reports, installation reports, breakdown calls).
  • Monitor service call TAT, escalation handling, and closure efficiency.
  • Maintain proper audit trails and compliance with company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with field engineers for effective service execution.
  • Timely quotation submission

2. Service Sales Management

  • Drive AMC/CMC conversion, renewal, and uptime contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for service revenue growth (spares, upgrades, billable services).

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare regular service dashboards and reports (uptime, contract coverage, call status, revenue).
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Share periodic updates with management.
  • Parts- Inventory management in India warehouse

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Service call closure TAT
  • AMC/CMC renewal & conversion rate
  • Service revenue achievement
  • Documentation & audit compliance
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Back-end efficiency metrics
