Job Description

Responsabilidades de Trabajo/Responsability works:
•    Esta posición tiene la autoridad para administrar y decidir solo es situaciones específicas de la operación, sin embargo, el empleado tiene limitaciones en la toma de decisiones sobre cuestiones de gastos de materiales, impuestos, permisos regulados por las diferentes autoridades en general. Incluyendo cotizaciones de servicios. Nada que infrinja los principios básicos de la compañía para lograr los objetivos e intereses de esta. /This position has the authority to manage and make decisions only in specific operational situations. However, the employee has limitations in decision-making regarding material expenses, taxes, and permits regulated by various authorities, including service quotes. Nothing that violates the company's basic principles for achieving its objectives and interests is permitted. 
•    Control de Inventario de Aduanas México de acuerdo con el Anexo 24 – Control de Inventario semanal, mensual y anual: Elaboración de reportes comparativos de Anexo 24 vs Data Stage, Control de descargos de facturas, Control de temporalidades de las mercancías, Verificación física y de sistemas con las diferentes áreas involucradas: Materiales, Almacen, Conteos cíclicos, Finanzas, Bodegas de almacén externas etc./ Mexican Customs Inventory Control in accordance with Annex 24 – Weekly, monthly, and annual inventory control: Preparation of comparative reports of Annex 24 vs. Data Stage, control of invoice discharges, control of merchandise expiration dates, physical and system verification with the different areas involved: Materials, Warehouse, Cycle Counts, Finance, external warehouses, etc. 
•    Control de Inventario de acuerdo con el Anexo 30 de Aduanas/SAT de MX– Sistema de Control de Cuentas de Crédito y Garantías. Armonía y unificación en sistemas: Vastera/TSMX - JDE – Inventario Físico, transmisión de informes de descargos mensuales al SAT./ Inventory Control in accordance with Annex 30 of Mexican Customs/SAT – Credit and Guarantee Account Control System. Harmonization and unification of systems: Vastera/TSMX - JDE - Physical Inventory, transmission of monthly discharge reports to the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). 
•    Control y monitoreo de Apartado C, compartido vía sistema de aduanas con el SAT./ Control and monitoring of Section C (Customs Trade) records, shared via the customs system with the SAT.  
•    Actualización anual y cuando se requiera de Billetes de materiales y costos./ Annual updates and updates as required of material bills and costs.
•    Elaboración de reporte de INEGI mensual./ Preparation of monthly INEGI (National Institute of Statistics and Geography) reports.
•    Elaboración de reportes requeridos por las diferentes dependencias MX./ Preparation of reports required by various Mexican government agencies.
•    Facilitar información cuando aplique sobre Requerimientos que comprueben la legal estancia de los materiales en MX Incluyendo maquinaria y equipo./ Providing information, when applicable, on requirements that verify the legal status of materials in Mexico, including machinery and equipment.
•    Actualización regulatoria anual de la FDA en Sistema de Aduanas./ Annual FDA regulatory updates in the Customs System.
•    Apoyo en Certificados anuales de origen de USMCA para materia prima./ Support with annual USMCA Certificates of Origin for raw materials.
•    Colaborar en sistemas de archivos físicos y electrónicos de toda la información requerida para importación/exportación de acuerdo con las leyes de MX y US./ Collaboration on physical and electronic filing systems for all information required for import/export in accordance with Mexican and US laws.
•    Colaborar en aplicación correcta de Preferencias Arancelarias de los diferentes programas en MX, IMMEX, PROSEC, REGLA 8va, TMEC, etc./ Collaborate in the correct application of tariff preferences for various programs in Mexico, including IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8, USMCA, etc.
•    Colaborar en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y monitoreo de certificaciones: OEA/CTPAT. / Collaborate in compliance with procedures and monitoring of certifications: AEO/CTPAT. 
•    Cumplimiento obligatorio de los procedimientos generales y de seguridad aplicables a este puesto (C2C, Maxwell, Master Control etc.)./ Mandatory compliance with general and security procedures applicable to this position (C2C, Maxwell, Master Control, etc.). 
•    Elaboración de facturas de cambio de régimen F4 o regularizaciones F5 cuando aplique./ Preparation of F4 change of regime invoices or F5 regularizations when applicable.
•    Asistencia al Gerente de Aduana en proyectos especiales./ Assist the Customs Manager in special projects.
•    Coordinación y trabajo en equipo con todos los asociados internos y externos de BD, además de los proveedores externos que apliquen./ Coordinate and work as a team with all internal and external BD associates, as well as applicable external suppliers. 
•    Esta posición tiene la responsabilidad de apegarse a los principios y valores de Ética y anticorrupción de BD. / This position is responsible for adhering to BD's principles and values of ethics and anti-corruption.
•    Actividades adicionales según se requieran./ Additional activities as required.

Educación y experiencia/Education and experience:

• Graduado de Universidad con Licenciatura o equivalente./University graduate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Mínimo 10-15 años de experiencia en un entorno de aduanas operativo y de cumplimiento legal./Minimum 10-15 years of experience in an operational and compliance customs environment.
• Conocimiento en la ley de aduanas de México y de los Estados Unidos./Knowledge of Mexican and U.S. customs law.
• Conocimiento en los diferentes portales de los sistemas de las Dependencias gubernamentales en MX (SAT, VUCEM, AGACE etc)./
• Anexo 24, Anexo 30 y Apartado C.Familiarity with the various portals of Mexican government agencies (SAT, VUCEM, AGACE, etc.).Annex 24, Annex 30, and Section C.
• Habilidades en computadora, incluyendo Microsoft Excel avanzado y Microsoft./Computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Conocimiento en clasificación de aduanas./ Knowledge of customs classification.
