Job Description

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Lieferantentransfers & Industrialisierung (Schwerpunkt)

• End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für Lieferantentransfers (Make‑to‑Make, Make‑to‑Buy, Dual Sourcing, Lieferantenwechsel)
• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Transferaktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Qualität, Fertigung und ISC
• Definition, Bewertung und Validierung von Fertigungs- und Prüfprozessen bei externen Lieferanten
• Analyse von Lieferantenfähigkeiten hinsichtlich Kapazität, Prozessreife, Stabilität und industriellem Risiko
• Unterstützung und Durchführung von APQP‑/PPAP‑Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Transfers
• Ramp‑up‑Begleitung sowie Stabilisierung der Serienproduktion nach Transfer

NPD & Schnittstellenmanagement

• Industrial‑Engineering‑Beitrag in NPD‑Projekten u. C2W mit starkem Lieferantenfokus
• Frühe Einbindung in Lieferantenauswahl und Sourcing‑Strategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D zur Sicherstellung von Transfer‑ und Fertigungsreife (DfM/DfA)
• Abstimmung mit Quality zu Prüfkonzepten, Control Plans und Risikomaßnahmen

Prozesse, Kosten & Performance

• Definition und Validierung von Montage‑ und Testprozessen bei Lieferanten
• Analyse und Optimierung von Herstellkosten (Arbeitszeit, Tooling, CapEx, Prozesskosten)
• Kapazitätsplanung und Output‑Validierung an Lieferantenstandorten
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungs‑ und Effizienzmaßnahmen

Risiko, Transparenz & Governance

• Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von industriellen und lieferantenseitigen Risiken
• Beitrag zu FMEA, Risiko‑Reviews und Eskalationsthemen
• Transparente Berichterstattung zu Transferstatus, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
• Erstellung von entscheidungs‑ und managementtauglichen Unterlagen für Projekt‑ und Steering‑Gremien

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung

Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrial Engineering mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Lieferantentransfers oder Lieferantenindustrialisierung
• Erfahrung mit komplexen elektromechanischen Systemen von Vorteil

Fachliche & methodische Kompetenzen

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Produktionsverlagerungen, Ramp‑ups und Lieferantentransfers
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans und Prozessvalidierung
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Montage‑ und Testprozessen
• Strukturierte, analytische und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise

Persönliche Kompetenzen

• Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Koordinationsfähigkeiten mit internen und externen Partnern
• Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Verbindlichkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
• Sicheres Auftreten in komplexen, internationalen Projektumfeldern

Sprachen & Systeme

• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
• Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse (insb. Excel); ERP/PLM‑Erfahrung von Vorteil
