Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

Au sein du service Supply Chain du site industriel de Pont‑de‑Claix, vous rejoindrez une équipe transverse au cœur des enjeux de planification, approvisionnement, stocks et performance industrielle.

Accompagné(e) par l’équipe Supply Chain, vous interviendrez sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée, mêlant analyse métier, data et automatisation :

• Cartographier et analyser les fichiers Excel utilisés par la Supply Chain (planification, approvisionnement, stocks, reporting…)
• Comprendre les besoins métiers et les logiques de calcul associées
• Optimiser et fiabiliser les fichiers existants (formules, structuration des données, performance)
• Développer, améliorer ou refactoriser des macros VBA afin d’automatiser les tâches répétitives
• Simplifier l’utilisation des outils et améliorer leur appropriation par les utilisateurs finaux
• Mettre en place des standards, des modes opératoires et une documentation claire
• Être force de proposition sur de nouvelles solutions d’automatisation ou de visualisation des données

Formation :

• Étudiant(e) en Supply Chain, Génie Industriel, Logistique, Data / Informatique de gestion ou équivalent
• Niveau Bac+5

Aptitudes :

• Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens du détail
• Autonomie et capacité à comprendre des problématiques complexes
• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des équipes opérationnelles
• Curiosité et force de proposition

Compétences techniques :

• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel avancé (formules complexes, tableaux croisés dynamiques)
• Connaissances solides en VBA / macros Excel
• Forte appétence pour l’automatisation, l’optimisation des processus et la gestion de données
