Job Description

BD recherche un expert méthode atelier pour renforcer son organisation industrielle. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus de production et de participer à des projets d'envergure ayant un impact significatif sur la santé des patients. Vous serez le garant de la validation des équipements, des technologies, des méthodes dans votre secteur de production.

Responsabilités principales:

• Piloter des projets (de type capacitaire, amélioration, industrialisation ou innovation), communiquer activement sur les différents projets engagés, et identifier les tâches critiques pour créer des standards et modes de réaction associés.
• Chef de projet avec autonomie pour la partie validation pour des sujets locaux identifié par l’UAP – créer les documents de validation, suivre les exécutions, finaliser les rapports, piloter la sous-traitance, établir les stratégies de validation avec les équipes PQE et process
• Garantir l'évolution et la mise à jour des standards et modes opératoires
• Coacher les collaborateurs sur les outils et méthodes d'amélioration continue
• Réaliser les travaux d'ingénierie de formation et former sur votre domaine d'expertise
• Piloter, investiguer et corriger les causes des investigations de Target Quality Notification (QN) / déviation significatives et les réclamations client complexes

Profil recherché :

• De formation supérieure Ingénieur ou Bac+5 dans les métiers de l’ingénierie ou du management
• Une expérience confirmée sur la fonction expert méthodes ou gestion des projets dans un environnement industrielle.
• Connaissance et utilisation basique des outils statistiques (Minitab), d’outils analytique et d’amélioration continue, de techniques sur les procédés de fabrication industriel
• Outils informatiques Excel, Word, Power point, SAP
• Anglais professionnel

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 40 000 à 50 000 EUR / an
