Job Description
Quality Assurance Auditor | BD Singapore (Tuas)
Join a global healthcare leader and help ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.
At BD, we're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to support incoming material inspections, supplier quality management, and GMP compliance within our manufacturing operations in Tuas.
What You'll Do
Perform incoming inspections of materials and components against specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Review supplier documentation, including COAs, COCs, and test reports.
Identify, investigate, and escalate quality issues and non-conformances.
Manage quality notifications, material quarantine, and release activities.
Maintain accurate inspection records and support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support supplier qualification projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and Kaizen activities.
Utilize SAP and quality systems to ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred.
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO/QMS requirements, and SAP is an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
