The position works closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Services, and Technical Services to develop, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements. - Support the delivery of contracting activities through systems such as SFDC, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation, including public procurement requirements
- Monitor and report on contract and financial data, providing clear insights to business teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and governance practices
Preferred Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience, ideally within business, economics, or a science-related field
- Experience in contract management or a similar commercial role, with exposure to complex or managed service agreements 3+ years
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract law principles, and public procurement processes
- Confident using MS Office tools; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and SFDC is beneficial
- High attention to detail with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
Salary range for the role: £36 000 - £38 000 + benefits
