Deine Aufgaben

• Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen in Logistik und Materialfluss
• Eigenständige Betreuung des gesamten Prozesses rund um Einsparpotenziale – inkl. Datenauswertung, Reporting und Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen
• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Lean‑Workshops intern sowie extern bein unseren Lieferanten (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
• Datenerhebung, (Ursachen-)Analyse und Erstellung klarer, verständlicher Reportings
• Unterstützung bzw. teilweise eigenständige Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
• Dokumentation von Standards, Prozessen und Verbesserungen
• Anwendung und kontinuierliches Erlernen von Lean‑Methoden – abhängig von deinem Erfahrungslevel mit wachsender Eigenverantwortung

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im CI‑Bereich, Lean‑Management, Prozessoptimierung oder Logistik – z. B. durch Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit oder erste Berufserfahrung
• Interesse an Lean‑Methoden, Effizienzsteigerung und logistiknahen Abläufen
• Analytisches Denken, Freude an Daten und strukturiertem Arbeiten
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams
• Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office; Erfahrungen oder Interesse in Power BI oder anderen Analysetools sind ein Plus
