Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities :

• Delegate tasks and follow up on labeling room activities, ensuring efficient execution.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Take leadership in packaging processes, research initiatives, and continuous improvement teams.
• Resolve manufacturing and quality issues, providing direct technical support to operations.
• Implement corrective actions and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on waste and cost reduction.
• Validate processes involving IQ/OQ equipment, sealers, new materials, and tools used in production.
• Coordinate technology transfer activities in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation related to manufacturing and quality.
• Supervise sealing technicians by providing guidance, operational support, and continuous feedback.
• Evaluate packaging suppliers to review materials, processes, and quality standards.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the business’s strategic priorities and needs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in packaging and manufacturing or equivalent as minimum.
• Ability to integrate between QA engineering, Bard Division Suppliers and manufacturing functions, ability to train.
• Good communication skills.
• Dynamic, positive attitude with good interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient, ability to work under pressure, ability to solve problems, responsible, high initiative, strong leadership.
• Able to communicate both verbally and writing in English.
