Job Description

Resposnabilidades:

· Construye y repara estaciones de trabajo, estanterías y dispositivos auxiliares para la fabricación. Debe tener conocimientos y habilidades para interpretar planos y tolerancias. Utiliza equipos manuales.

· Apoyo a eventos Kaizen y proyectos Shingijutsu.

· Fabrica estaciones de trabajo, estanterías, carros de transporte, protecciones de seguridad y prototipos de contenedores.

· Colabora con el área de herramientas.

· Realiza todas las actividades asignadas por el supervisor.

· Proporciona mantenimiento a las máquinas y herramientas del taller.

· Participa en programas de capacitación general.

· Inventario y control del material en el área de prototipos.

· Control de las herramientas en el área de prototipos.

· Responsable de 5S.

Educacion y Experiencia:

· Certificado de Preparatoria terminada, Certificado de Carrera técnica o la experiencia indicada.

· Mínimo de 3 a 5 mes de experiencia trabajando con herramientas manuales y eléctricas.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

· Experiencia trabajando con herramienta manuales y eléctricas. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Conocimiento básico en sistemas de medición. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Habilidades matemáticas. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Habilidad para manejar Microsoft Office (Excel, Office). (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Capacidad de seguir instrucciones. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Habilidad para comunicarse con otros y organizar actividades. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).

· Proactivo y dinámico. (Evaluación de acuerdo con el formato de entrevista vigente durante la entrevista).
