Purpose: To achieve sales and collection budgets through direct sales to pharmaceutical industry and effective customer management. Develop, coordinate and implement specific strategies and operational activities for expand and develop BioPharma & vaccine & HA market share and launch new products.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Manage and maintaindirect B2B accounts to achieve sales and collection objectives with full accountability.
Acquirein-depth product and business knowledge, and continuously analyze market trends.
Expandmarket share and accounts within the Pharmaceuticals & HA (Hyaluronic Acid) sectors, and successfully launch new products.
Delivercomprehensive business and technical information to pharmaceutical clients and prospect accounts.
Achievedepartmental goals and effectively execute established action plans.
Performother duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
More than 10 years of related working experience.
B2B direct sales experience within the medical device industry.
Strong expertise and network within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) sector is preferred.
Direct account management experience with Samsung Biologics is a strong plus.
Overseas B2B sales experience is a plus.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal).
