  • Develop and execute account- and segment-level growth strategies to achieve To-Market Sales (TMS) and In-Market Sales (IMS) targets.
  • Own monthly forecast accuracy by establishing a disciplined review process that connects funnel health, account-level opportunities, distributor inventory, and expected sales conversion.
  • Lead and coach the direct sales team responsible for the hospital segment, ensuring strong execution, clear priorities, and consistent customer engagement.
  • Help stabilize the sales team during the transition to Waters by maintaining clear communication, reinforcing priorities, supporting team morale, and minimizing disruption to customer engagement and sales execution.
  • Drive field execution by enabling account managers to focus on opportunity creation, solution selling, stakeholder management, and timely deal closure.
  • Manage distributor performance, coverage, and inventory to ensure sustainable growth, healthy stock rotation, and alignment with sell-out priorities.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence to champion funnel management, SFDC discipline, Power BI-based business reviews, and data-driven sales coaching.
  • Establish a structured operating cadence for funnel reviews, forecast calls, performance tracking, and corrective actions to address gaps and capture growth opportunities.

🤝 Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, reimbursement changes, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable sales plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and regulatory teams to support product positioning and market access.

📈 Governance & Reporting

  • Provide transparent sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, growth risk/opportunity assessment, and performance reporting to senior leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Stay current with market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the diagnostics and medical device space.

Qualifications:
