Job Description
L’Account Manager – Hazardous Drug Solutions (HDS) è responsabile dello sviluppo del business e del supporto ai clienti nell’ambito della gestione sicura dei farmaci oncologici e pericolosi. Attraverso un approccio consulenziale, promuove soluzioni e servizi innovativi che contribuiscono all’ottimizzazione dei workflow clinici e operativi, al miglioramento della sicurezza di operatori e pazienti e alla tracciabilità dei processi.
Il ruolo ha come obiettivo il raggiungimento e il superamento dei target di Sales e Gross Profit nell’area assegnata, attraverso la crescita del portafoglio clienti, l’introduzione di nuove soluzioni, lo sviluppo di partnership strategiche con gli stakeholder chiave e la generazione di nuove opportunità di business. L’Account Manager supporta inoltre i clienti nella definizione e implementazione di soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto, contribuendo alla standardizzazione dei processi, alla riduzione dei rischi operativi e al miglioramento dell’efficienza complessiva dei percorsi oncologici.
Analizzare il mercato, le performance di vendita e le opportunità di business dell’area assegnata, supportando il Regional Sales Manager nelle attività di pianificazione, forecast e sviluppo commerciale.
Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con clienti, stakeholder, Key Opinion Leader, agenti e dealer, promuovendo soluzioni e progetti ad alto valore aggiunto.
Coordinare e supportare le gare d’appalto e i processi di acquisizione, garantendo conformità, qualità dell’offerta e corretto follow-up post-aggiudicazione.
Diploma universitario e/o Laurea in Discipline Scientifiche,Infermiertisticao Esperienza Equivalente
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Esperienza significativa in ambito commerciale presso realtà biomedicali/medicaldevices con interazione con strutture pubbliche e private.
Esperienza nella gestione di gare complesse e nella costruzione di progetti commerciali a valore.
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’esperienza nel businessoncology, farmacia ospedaliera, UFA,infusiontherapy, dispositivi per preparazione/somministrazione o soluzioni dimedicationmanagement.
Monitorare KPI commerciali, pipeline, progetti e sistemi CRM, fornendo analisi, insight di mercato e raccomandazioni strategiche per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.
Identificare e sviluppare opportunità nel settore oncologico, promuovendo soluzioni integrate che migliorino sicurezza, efficienza operativa e continuità dei processi clinici e farmaceutici.
The salary range for this role is from 50.000 to 60.000 eur.
