【部門概要】

BD(Becton, Dickinson and Company)は、2024年にEdwards Lifesciences社からCritical Care事業部門を買収し、スマート コネクテッド ケア ソリューションのポートフォリオを拡充いたしました。現在、同事業はBDメディカル セグメントにおいてアドバンスド ペイシェント モニタリング（APM）事業部として運営されています。

アドバンスド ペイシェント モニタリング事業部は、血行動態モニタリング分野における先駆者として、患者さんのケアを変革するソリューションを50年以上の長きにわたり提供し続けています。近年ではAIを活用したソリューションとスマート モニタリング技術により、リアルタイム データとインサイトを臨床現場に提供し、さまざまな意思決定を支援しています。

【ポジション概要】

FP&A シニア スペシャリストとして、財務計画、予算編成、予測、財務分析を担当し、経営チームに戦略的な意思決定のサポートを提供します。

【職務内容】

・年間予算と中期事業計画の策定

・月次、四半期、年次の財務予測の作成と管理

・財務分析と業績評価の実施

・経営陣向けの財務報告書とプレゼンテーションの作成

・事業部門との連携による財務業績の最適化

・KPIの設定と監視

・財務データの収集、分析、報告

・財務プロセスの改善と効率化の推進

【採用要件：必須事項】

・財務、会計、経済学、または関連分野の学士号

・事業会社でのFP&Aまたは財務分析に関する関連経験5年以上

・日本語ネイティブレベル

・英語ビジネスレベル（アジア地域、AU/NZとのやり取り）

・ERPシステムおよび財務管理ソフトウェア（SAP、Oracleなど）の使用経験

【採用要件：望ましい】

・財務、会計、経済学、または関連分野の修士号（MBA等）

・公認会計士、USCPA、CFA、または同等の資格

・医療機器、ライフサイエンス業界でのFP&A経験

・合併後の統合、データ移行、またはシェアードサービス移行の経験

・マトリックス型の多国籍企業環境での実務経験（アジア太平洋地域での経験）

・高度なExcelスキル、PowerBIと財務モデリングの経験

・会計・経理知識

・海外留学経験

・高い組織力と自発性、点と点をつなぐ力、自己学習能力

・曖昧な状況や変化の激しい環境でも円滑に業務を遂行できる能力
