Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
1. Performs a variety of clerical duties for the manufacturing area.
2. Prepare and verify DHR documentation in production order, enter SAP transactions at the end of manufacturing order or shift as required. Assure production transactions in SAP are accurate, within compliance with regulatory agencies, and finance guidance. Return material not used in manufacturing order in SAP and coordinate return to warehouse if necessary.
3. Able to identify opportunities that will lead to process and system improvements.
4. Help with the data entry on the run rate, PM data or breakdown activities.
5. Organize and file production documents as required, prepare reports on waste, and data trends for management, and engineering as required requested by Department head.
6. Support training needs reports to assist the Manufacturing Supervisor/ shift leader on the coordination of training to assure C2C compliance. Assist in the training of manufacturing personnel as required; prepare training material, and other related coordination accordingly.
7. Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in meetings training compliance of the department.
8. Participate in Manufacturing Initiative (5S, BDPS, PVD Boards, etc.).
9. Other tasks may be assigned to support manufacturing activities, as required.
Education and Experience:
1. High School/GED required or two years of college.
2. Knowledgeable in SAP production orders, inventory, materials modules.
3. Knowledge or skills in problem solving, or investigation techniques.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.
2. Bilingual (Spanish & English).
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
Physical Demands: (if applicable)
1. Medium demand.
2. Occasional lifting and pulling.
3. Requires at times the carrying of up to twenty-five (25) pounds of equipment.
4. Frequent walking and standing.
5. Assists Area Process Owner in monitoring production activities.
