The role collaborates closely with business and IT teams to define requirements, select enabling technologies, and resource subject matter experts for execution.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Solutioning
- Serve as Lead Solution Architect for IT projects with digital components, including Reporting, Data Engineering, Data Governance, RPA, AI, and Process Orchestration.
- Direct solution design and facilitation, leading stakeholder discussions to define requirements, assess current vs. future state, and select enabling technologies.
- Mobilize subject matter experts across Digital Transformation to deliver accurate effort, cost, and timeline estimates.
- Oversee IT operations and lifecycle management for all digital-enabled projects, ensuring sustainability and performance.
Digital Delivery Model
- Own and lead the digital innovation intake process, defining how Digital Transformation evaluates, prioritizes, and executes requests.
- Optimize and evolve the Digital Innovation Request (DIR) framework to ensure strategic prioritization, measurable value realization, and transparent reporting to executive leadership.
- Align digital initiatives with enterprise objectives, driving synergy between technology investments and business outcomes.
- Coach and empower cross-functional teams to adopt and scale digital best practices.
- Enforce IT governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage and influence stakeholders by providing clear portfolio visibility across core technologies.
- Apply governance and operating model principles to all Digital Transformation projects for consistency and accountability.
- Maintain and manage the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of planned work and progress.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion continuous improvement of the digital innovation process, proactively identifying gaps and implementing enhancements to support diverse operational models.
- Embed Agile ways of working into delivery practices, fostering iterative development, rapid feedback loops, and adaptive planning to accelerate value delivery including managing toolsets such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Lead transformation of delivery practices, driving efficiency and collaboration across functions to strengthen execution.
- Create dashboards for continued monitoring
Preferred Experience
- Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Strategy, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing digital solutions across data engineering, reporting, automation (RPA), AI, and process orchestration is a plus. Knowledge of these technologies at minimum is required.
- Experience driving alignment between technology initiatives and business strategy.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and portfolio management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to embed Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices into delivery models.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, monday.com is preferred.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
