Key responsibilities will include:
Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
Manage customer technical support needs
Oversee service and repair of capital equipment
Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
Manage equipment loaner, evaluation, and trade-out processes
Support marketing with new product launches
Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies
Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to process product orders in a fast paced environment required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
Ability to solve basic math equations required
Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment required.
Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail required
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills required
Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions required

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.
