About the role:
The SFDC (Salesforce.com)Manager reports to the Director, Commercial Excellence, the UCC (Urology and Critical Care) SFDC Manager is responsible for support, training and utilization of Salesforce platform (BD2).
Position will work closely with UCC Sales and Marketing Leadership team offering recommendations for benchmarking and reporting. Position will assist in the implementation of reports and reporting systems for both UCC Sales and Marketing.
Partner with sales and marketing to ensure sales enablement training and educational programs align with and drive corporate goals and initiatives. Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current training curriculum as appropriate. Monitor training results that include tracking information, effectiveness and feedback for sales associates.
Focus and scope of work includes development, support, delivery and maintenance of training for SFDC.
Key responsibilities will include:
- SFDC dashboards and reports to include creation, maintenance and training
- Thorough understanding and ability to configure functional (out-of-the-box) or technical (Customizations) Salesforce functionality
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into detail
- Ability to work with Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation
- Coordination with USR initiatives to architect into UCC specific needs
- Supports testing cycles (system, E2E, UAT, regression) and/or Training/Training Materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supported business systems, and perform functional and second-level technical support as needed
- Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer's business needs reporting
- Conduct mass updates using Salesforce Data Leader
- Maintain UCC Active user database for sales and non-sales roles
Training:
- Delivery of BD2 training across New Hire Training Program as well as tenured associates
- Support current end users
- Manage assigned curricula to ensure course content is timely, current and in the appropriate format for home office and remote audiences
- Creating and updating training materials, understanding how to deploy sales based on tenure in role
- Developing and driving Super User Program, driving ease of use and utilization with sales teams
Data & Insights:
- Support integration of revenue data into SFDC and enable account level insights
- Support market data driven target campaigns and launches
- Utilize acquired knowledge of Salesforce.com and the business to analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in the implementation of new functionality
About you:
To be successful in this role, you require…
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote training tools
- High level of proficiency with Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to Incorporate needs analysis, wants and goals from different functional areas into business goals, training and utilization tracking
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of SAP, and dashboard related systems with experience building reports and dashboards a plus.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning/CBT applications and design principles are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to act independently and effectively prioritize while leading small scale projects and teams
Education and experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical instruction
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Minimum 5 years of experience in either Sales Enablement or Sales Training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Salesforce certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) a plus

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$99,700.00USD - $164,300.00 Annual - includes Base + Incentive.
